David Spencer began his building career supervising new construction and renovations in several of Atlanta's oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods. He moved to coastal Georgia to oversee the building of high-end homes in a new premier community and soon established Spencer Development.
From the beginning, David structured Spencer Development to offer the latest in technology and energy efficient building while providing quality craftsmanship for homeowners. He holds licenses in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. He is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and Home Builders Association of Georgia. David is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders, and holds a certified Green Professional designation.
